The DAVC is a highly advanced vacuum gauge meter. It is featuring a microprocessor and an analog output (0-1 VDC), but no built-in readout. You can access this device via an RS232 serial port. Additionally it provides pressure measurements using Torr, mbar, or Pa scales. The microprocessor works in tandem with a highly accurate A/D converter to measure the signal output of the thermocouple vacuum gauge tube. This measurement is then converted into a pressure reading using the tube’s well-defined output/pressure function, and the results are transmitted. These cutting-edge tools come in a sleek extruded aluminum case, complete with controls and a D-connector mounted on the top cover.
